Dr. rer. nat. Jens Herrguth in Hannover
Dr. rer. nat. Jens Herrguth studied chemistry at the University of Karlsruhe, with a focus on physical chemistry. He received his doctorate in the field of electrochemistry in the area of battery development. As a patent and trademark attorney, he advises and represents clients in particular in technical property rights in almost all areas of intellectual property, including mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, medical technology, software-related inventions, artificial intelligence (AI), chemistry, pharmaceuticals and electroacoustics.
In addition, he advises and supports his clients in Germany and abroad, in particular in the fields of patent, trademark and design law and, of course, in infringement and nullity proceedings as well as opposition and appeal proceedings. In his spare time, he devotes himself to his passion - classical music and his training as a concert pianist and concert guitarist. He is also interested in high-quality music reproduction, philosophical literature and architecture.

HOW TO FIND US
You will find us at Burckhardtstraße 1 in 30163 Hannover.
From Hanover Central Station, take the streetcar lines 3, 7 or 9 in the direction of Fasanenkrug or Altwarmbüchen to Lister Platz station, which is about 5 minutes away by train. From there it is about a 3-minute walk to us. Walk out of town from Podbielskistraße in the direction of Burckhardtstraße.
If you are arriving by plane, you can reach us from Hanover Airport in about 20 minutes by car. Take the S-Bahn line S5 to the main station.
From the north/south
Take the A7 freeway to the A37 junction and from there take the A37 towards Hannover-Zentrum. Drive past the Buchholz and Misburg exits until you reach the Weidetor exit. At the Weidetor traffic circle, take the first exit onto Klingerstraße and from there turn left into Hermann-Bahlsen-Allee. Keep left and turn into Walderseestraße. After about 2 km turn right into Burckhardtstraße.
From the east/west
Take the A2 freeway to the A37 junction and from there take the A37 towards Hannover-Zentrum. From there, drive as described above under the point from the north/south.
